摘要
目的:研究丽水地区薏苡仁中主要成分的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定甘油三油酸酯的含量[1]。流动相为乙腈-二氯甲烷(65:35),色谱柱为Agilent XDB-C18(4.6×250 mm,5μm),流速为1.0m L·min-1,蒸发光散射检测器检测。结果:丽水地区薏苡仁中甘油三油酸酯的含量均高于国家标准。结论:丽水地区薏苡仁质量较好。
To study the main component content of Lishui semen coicis Methods using high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of Glycerol Trioleate[1]. the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile- methylene chloride（ 65： 35）,the column was Agilent XDB- C18（ 4. 6 x250 mm,5μ m）,the flow rate of 1.0m L· min- 1,with ELSD detected Results the Glycerol Trioleate content in semen coicis are higher than the national standard. Conclusion Lishui Semen coicis quality is good.
