蒙药伊赫哈日-12对醉酒小鼠血液酒精含量的影响

摘要 目的:观察蒙药伊赫哈日-12对醉酒小鼠血液酒精含量的影响。方法:制备醉酒小鼠模型,采用葛花解酲汤及伊赫哈日-12灌胃干预,以蒸馏水为对照,以小鼠全血乙醇含量为观测指标,分析比较各方对小鼠全血乙醇含量的影响作用。结果:伊赫哈日-12可以明显降低饮酒后各时段全血酒精含量,与模型组比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05);蒙药伊赫哈日-12可以取得与中药葛花解酲汤相一致的效果,两者比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:伊赫哈日-12可以有效降低实验性醉酒小鼠血液酒精含量。 Objective: To observe the effect of blood- alcohol Level alcohol in drunk mice with Yihehari- 12.Methods: Prepar model of drunk mice. Intervention of intragastric administration by Gehuajiechen decoction and Yihehari- 12. Control group used by distilled water. Mice blood alcohol level as the observation index. Results:Yihehari- 12 can significantly reduce after drinking each time blood alcohol level. Compared with the model group,the difference has significant( P〈0. 05). Yihehari- 12 can achieved the same effect as Gehuajiechen decoction. The difference has not significant difference( P〉0. 05). Conclusion: Yihehari- 12 can effectively reduced the blood- alcohol Level of drunk mice.
