摘要
针对近年来金针菇主要栽培原料棉籽壳价格不断上涨且紧缺的问题,用酱香型白酒糟部分替代棉籽壳,设计以酱香型白酒糟添加量在20%-70%,依次递减的6个栽培配方,以棉籽壳为主要栽培料配方为对照(CK),进行金针菇栽培试验。结果表明,处理D(40%酱香型白酒糟)虽然菌丝生长速度、产量与对照CK相比差异不明显,但酱香型白酒糟的添加可以显著降低原材料成本,提高经济效益。
The cotton seed hull as the main cultivation material of Flammulina velutipes, are shortage and its market price is in- creasing fast, moutai-flavor liquor distiller's grains were used to partly replace cotton seed hull in our study. We created six new substrate formula containing 20%-70% moutai-flavor liquor distiller's grains to cultivate F. velutipes, taking the normal formula CK that based on cotton seed hull as the main componet. The results showed that between the fomula D and the CK, the production is equivalent as well as growth rate, but the fomula D could significantly reduce the cost and increase the benefit.
