天然气净化厂产品气分离器的应力分析与补强

摘要 产品气分离器是三甘醇脱水装置的重要组成部分.基于ANSYS软件,模拟了集液包对分离器筒体的应力影响,并通过WRC107公报应力计算进行验证,二者结果基本相近;没补强的分离器不能满足许用应力要求,补强24 mm和38 mm的分离器能满足要求,但交叉处应力偏大;分析了集液包对分离器跨中的变形影响.结果显示,有集液包作用下变形量是无集液包作用下变形量的71.6倍.通过优化叉点处的焊角尺寸,保证接头无缺陷,以及增设了预应力支撑,增设弹性支座等措施,经40个月的连续运行证明,局部结构处理安全可靠. The product gas separator is an important part of the three glycol dehydration device. Based on the ANSYSsoftware,simulation of the liquid collecting bag of the separator barrel body stress,and through the WRC107 Bulletinof stress calculation to verify the results of the two similar;no patch separator can not meet the strong allowable stress,separator reinforced 24 mm and 38 mm can meet the requirements,but the intersection of stress too large;analysisof the liquid collecting bag to cross the deformation of the separator liquid collecting bag showed,under the effect ofthe amount of deformation is 71.6 times liquid collecting bag under the action of deformation;through the fork pointwelding,ensure defect free joints,adding prestressed support,additional elastic support measures after 40 months ofcontinuous operation proves that the local structure is safe and reliable.
