摘要
为掌握河南省焦作和漯河两市淡色蚊虫对常用杀虫剂的抗药性状况,为科学合理使用杀虫剂提供依据,本文采用WHO推荐的药液浸滞法,测定4龄期蚊幼虫的半数致死浓度。通过与敏感种群的对比,计算抗药性倍数。焦作市淡色库蚊对敌敌畏、马拉硫磷、溴氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯的抗性倍数分别为8.44、1.12、13.68、9.81,对溴氰氰菊酯类药物抗药性倍数最高,属于中抗水平(RR>10),其他属于低抗水平(RR<10);漯河市淡色库蚊对敌敌畏、马拉硫磷、溴氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯的抗性倍数分别为18.27、1.03、8.42、33.56,对氯氰菊酯类药物抗药性倍数达到了33.56倍,属于高抗水平(RR>30),敌敌畏达到了18?27倍,属于中抗水平(RR>10),其他属于底抗水平(RR<10)。河南省焦作和漯河两市的淡色库蚊对常用杀虫剂已产生不同程度的抗药性。
To understand the resistance level of Culex pipiens pallens to several insecticides and provide the basis information for using insecticide reasonably. Larval bioassays were carried out in accordance with World Health Organization adult mosquito susceptibility tests to the determination of LC50 . Cx. pipiens pallens in Jiaozuo City of dichlorvos, malathion and deltamethrin, cypermethrin resistance ratio between 1.12-13.68, the bromine cyanide cyanogen chrysanthemum ester drug resistance factor to the13.68 times, belong to the level of anti (RR 〉 10). The other members of the low resistance level (RR〈10);Cx. pipiens pallens in Luohe City of dichlorvos, malathion and deltamethrin, cypermethrin resistance ratio between 1?03-33?56, which the chlorine cyanogen chrysanthemum ester drug resistance factor to the 33?56 times, belong to high resistance level (RR 〉 30), dichlorvos to the 18.27 times, belonging to the resistance level (RR〉 10). The other members of the resistance level ( RR 〈 10 ) . Cx. pipiens pallens developed different degrees of resistance level to insecticides in Jiaozuo and Luohe Cities of He′nan Province.
