摘要
某循环流化床锅炉频繁发生回料阀立管堵灰,通过分析发现其主要原因为高压流化风风压低,从运行操作、设备改造和技术管理方面提出针对性措施。改进后,回料阀立管堵塞问题得以解决。
The foul block problem of return valve standpipe of a certain circulating fluidized bed boiler is frequently occurred.Through analyzing,this paper found that the main reason is the low pressure of high- pressure fluid air,and proposed some pertinence measures from the aspects of operation,equipment transformation and technical management. After that,foul block problem of return valve standpipe is solved satisfactorily.
