摘要
采用爬波检测能有效控制特高压输电线路钢管塔高颈法兰与薄壁钢管对接焊缝质量,但其检测灵敏度的设定对检测结果有较大影响。模拟1套带有人工缺陷的试件,在不同型号、深度及探头前沿与横通孔水平距离下进行试验,对比分析不同检测灵敏度对检测结果的影响。
UHV transmission lines high neck flange with thinwall steel pipe butt weld steel pipe tower adopts crawl wave detection can effectively control quality of weld,but the detection sensitivity of the set has a larger influence on test results,this article through experiment to crawl wave detection sensitivity setting the impact on the test results are discussed in this paper.
