摘要
通过医院内部绩效管理项目的实施,以医院实际内部绩效改革实施情况为切入点,进一步探索绩效考核与薪酬分配中的特点和难点,为进一步转变公立医院运行机制、引导职工更加注重内涵质量及医学科技创新的提升、推进内部绩效考核与二次分配奠定基础。
Through the implementation of hospital performance management project,the characteristics and difficulties of performance evaluation and compensation distribution are explored to provide basis for the further transition of operating machinism of public hospitals,the guidance of staffs paying more attention on the connotation quality and medical technology innovation improvement,and the promotion of internal performance assessment and secondary allocation.
