MicroRNAs in regulation of bone metabolism: a literature review

摘要 microRNA(miRNA)是一类转录水平具有调控功能的非编码RNA,能够调控多种基因的表达,其在骨代谢过程以及代谢性骨病中起着重要作用。本文综述了miRNA对成骨细胞、破骨细胞的作用以及miRNA在骨质疏松发病机制中的作用,为未来寻找新的骨代谢相关疾病诊断标记及治疗靶点提供方向。 MicroRNAs are small non- coding RNA molecules that can regulate gene in transcriptional levels and play important role in the physiological and pathological process in bone metabolism. This review introduces the role of miRNA in osteoblast differentiation and osteoclast differentiation and presents the relationship with osteoporosis. We hope it will provide a new direction for the research of bone- metabolism related diseases.
