生产设备大型化是氧化铝工程的发展趋势。某新建氧化铝厂的产能为1600kt/a,与之配套的七台深锥高效沉降槽规格均为Φ26×23.5m。本文详细论述了该Φ26×23.5m大型深锥高效沉降槽设计开发中的重点和难点以及结构创新之处。
The equipment enlargement is the development trend of alumina engineering. The capacity of one new alumina refinery is 1600kt/a and seven deep cone high efficient settlers of φ26 x 23.5m are used in this plant. In this paper, the emphasis and difficulty in the design of the φ26 x 23.5m deep cone high efficient settler are discussed in detail, and the innovation of the structure is also discussed.
