摘要
针对山东淄博电厂的粉煤灰进行了硫酸铵混合焙烧提取氧化铝的实验,实验首先对设备进行了改进,然后研究了焙烧温度、物料比、焙烧时间这三个因素对铝反应率的影响。结果表明:粉煤灰与硫酸铵混合后,在适宜温度下焙烧,粉煤灰中的氧化铝会反应生成硫酸铝铵,焙烧温度380℃、(NH_4)_2SO_4与粉煤灰中Al_2O_3的摩尔比为6∶1、焙烧时间120min条件下,铝反应率可达到83%。
The fly ash from Shandong Zibo Power Plant was studied to extract alumina by using sintefing method with ammonium sulfate. After equipmentimprovement, the effects of the three factors of the sintering temperature, the ratio of the material and the sintering time on the reaction rate of the alumi-num were studied. The results showed that the ammonium aluminum sulfate as product obtained and the alumina extraction efficiency could reach 83%under the suitable sintering conditions, which is 380℃ for 120rain in air with molar ratio of (NH4 )2 SO4 and A12 03 to 6: 1.
