摘要
铝电解系列虽然是由大直流电流提供能源进行生产,但各部分电流载体的通流状态和变化影响着铝电解生产的稳定运行,由于电流载体的电阻极小,属于微欧或更小级别,对这样的微弱电信号进行检测,获取数据是提高铝电解生产管控水平的关键。为此,本文研制了一种基于STM8单片机的微弱电信号检测系统,适用于铝电解生产的工业环境。
Althoud the Motline is supplied byhigh DC amperage to production, the each part of flow state and change of current carrier affects the stableoperation of aluminum reduction production. As the resistance of the current carrier belongs to micro ohm or more less, data acquisition such as a weaksignal is the key of improving management and controlling level of aluminum reduction production. A weak electrical signal detection system based onSTM8 MCU is developed, which is suitable for the industrial environment of aluminum reduction production.
