摘要 白酒辅料预处理新技术采取集中处理的方式对白酒辅料进行预处理,利用专用设备,定时、定压清蒸,定时排汽,通风摊晾。节约了蒸汽,降低了职工劳动强度,改善了工作环境,基本实现了操作精准化、标准化和机械化。 The new technology of the liquor accessories pretreatment was pretreated in a centralized way. The special equipment was used,steamed at a fixed-time and fixed-pressure, exhausted at a fixed-time, spread out and blowing cooling. Through the application of new technology, the steam was saved, the labor intensity was reduced, the working environment was improved, the operations of precision,standardization, mechanization and automation were achieved.
