摘要
目的 :探讨联用曲安奈德鼻喷雾剂和氯雷他定对变应性鼻炎患者进行治疗的临床效果。方法 :对近期我院收治的114例变应性鼻炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。我们将这114例患者随机分为联合组和对照组,每组各有57例患者。为联合组患者联用曲安奈德鼻喷雾剂和氯雷他定进行治疗,为对照组患者使用氯雷他定进行治疗。治疗结束后,比较两组患者治疗的效果。结果 :进行治疗后,联合组患者治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组患者,二者相比具有统计学意义﹙P<0.05)。在进行治疗前,两组患者临床症状的平均积分相比差异不明显(P>0.05)。进行治疗后,两组患者临床症状的平均积分均有所下降,但联合组患者临床症状的平均积分明显低于对照组患者,二者相比差异具有统计学意义﹙P<0.05)。结论:联用曲安奈德鼻喷雾剂和氯雷他定对变应性鼻炎患者进行治疗的效果显著。
Objective Explore the effect and safety of Triamcinolone combined Loratadine in terating Allergic rhinitis.Methods 114 patients with Allergic rhinitis were divided into experimental group and control group in random. 57 cases of The experimental group were used Triamcinolone combined Loratadine while control group were only used Loratadine.Results Clinical total effective rates were 89.5% in the experimental group and 73.7% in the control group, the difference was statisticallysignificant ﹙ P〈0.05 ﹚;The total symptom score of nasalitching, sneeze, running nose, inferior turbinate swelling decreased in experimental group and control group.Conclusion The therapeutic effects of Triamcinolone combined Loratadine on Allergic rhinitis were better than control group.The combined application is safe and effective in the treatment of Allergic rhinitis, deserve the clinical expansion.
