摘要
对采用不同加工工艺的300M钢耳片试件进行了疲劳寿命对比试验和断口分析。结果表明:衬套在一定程度上对耳片形成了保护作用,防止了耳片孔磨损与擦伤;衬套与耳片孔过盈配合引起预应力也有利于增加试件寿命,镶嵌衬套耳片试样疲劳寿命比无衬套耳片疲劳寿命提高1.5倍以上。从应力集中系数和加工工艺两个方面分析了孔边倒角与孔边倒圆试样疲劳寿命产生差异的原因,通过控制试样打磨工艺可使两者疲劳寿命相近。
Experimental research has been carried out to study the fatigue life enhancing effect of different pro- cessing on 300M steel lugs. Fatigue results and fracture analysis show that sleeves can protect lug in a certain extent by preventing fretting and wear. At the same time, prestressing caused by interference of sleeve and hole is beneficial to increase the fatigue life of the lugs specimens, fatigue life of hole with sleeve is over 1.5 times than hole without sleeve. In addition, the difference of fatigue life between chamfer hole and fillet hole is analyzed in aspects of stress concentration factor and processing technology. By carefully controlling the grinding process, the fatigue life of the two kinds of specimens can be similar.
