一种磁吸附式船体表面处理机构的设计与研究

Design and Research of A Kind of Ship Surface Processing Mechanism Based on Magnetic Adsorption Structure

摘要 从模块化的思维以及简约结构方便维修更换的角度,基于磁吸附式结构,设计了一款大型船体表面处理作业机器人,完成了机械结构建模设计,面向机器人移动本体进行方案和优化设计;为研究该船体表面处理机器人机构,利用ANSYS仿真软件对部分钣金件的应力分析,验证了其强度满足条件要求。 Taking molding thinking method and the simple structure which is convenient for maintenance into consideration, based on the magnetic adsorption structure, a large ship surface processing robot was designed. Me- chanical structure was optimized. In order to study the characteristics of the robot, the stress analysis of the stamping parts was carried out by using ANSYS simulation software. And the strength was verified to meet the requirements.
