摘要
提出基于步进电机驱动芯片LV8729V的电路设计方案,包括步进电机的主电路、输出电流设置电路、控制信号隔离电路以及电源电路的设计,并给出具体的驱动电路图。该方案具有高细分、过热关断、过流保护和自动半流锁定等功能,电路简洁,性能稳定,性价比高,适用于相电流小于1.6A的二相步进电机使用。
Circuit design programs are proposed based on the stepper motor driver chip LV8729V, including the designs of stepper motor main circuit, output current setting circuit, control signal isolation circuit and power supply circuit. And all the detailed circuit diagrams of the driver are given. The driver has the functions of highly precise di- vision, thermal shutdown, over-current protection and automatic half current. The driver has the advantages of simple structure and stationary performance. It is applicable to the two-phase stepper motor whose phase eurrent is less than 1.6A.
