《余震》是加拿大华人新移民作家张翎创作的一部小说,于2010年被冯小刚导演改编和拍摄成电影《唐山大地震》并引起巨大反响,成功创下了超过六亿的票房神话。改编的过程也是再创作的过程,改编后的电影在小说文本基础上做出删减,在历史背景、人物命运和心灵治愈等方面更加符合中国普通百姓的大众接受心理,成功实现了本土化和民族化改造。
The novel Aftershock is created by Zhang Lin, a famous Canadian Chinese writer. It was adapted into the film Tangshan Earthquake by the film director Feng Xiaogang, which had gotten a huge success with a total box office of more than six hundred million yuan. The novel is adapted for the film by making it more acceptable for Chinese audience.
