知母醇提物干预对2型糖尿病大鼠红细胞膜磷脂脂肪酸的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究知母醇提物对2型糖尿病大鼠红细胞膜磷脂脂肪酸含量的影响。方法:采用气相色谱法测定衍生化的红细胞膜磷脂脂肪酸,用峰面积归一化法确定其相对含量,SPSS14.0软件进行独立样本t检验。结果:与空白组比较,知母醇提物高低剂量给药组与阳性对照药二甲双胍组C16∶0(软脂酸)、C18∶0(硬脂酸)、C18∶2(亚油酸)、C20∶4(花生四烯酸)的变化趋势一致,2型糖尿病模型组C18∶0、C18∶2、C20∶4的变化趋势与给药组相反,其中二甲双胍给药组、知母醇提物高剂量组C20∶4变化显著(P<0.05)。结论:知母醇提物可以通过影响2型糖尿病红细胞膜磷脂脂肪酸而发挥降糖作用。 Objective:The study on the content change of erythrocyte membrane phospholipid fatty acids of type 2diabetes under the the alcohol extract of Anemarrhenae intervention.Methods:Gas Chromatography derivatized erythrocyte membrane phospholipid fatty acids,and by peak area normalization method to determine the relative content,and independent sample t test with SPSS14.0.Results:Compared altogether alcohol extract low dose group and the positive control drug metformin group and the control group C16∶0,C18∶0,C18∶2,C20∶4in the same trend,type 2diabetes model group C18∶0,C18∶2,C20∶4trends and administration group 4of the contrary,which metformin administration group altogether alcohol extract high-dose group C20∶4changed significantly(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Anemarrhena alcohol extract can type 2diabetes by affecting red blood cell membrane phospholipid fatty acids play a hypoglycemic effect.
