摘要
目的:研究牛蒡子配方颗粒的最佳制粒工艺,提高颗粒得率。方法:以颗粒得率为评价指标,对牛蒡子膏粉的水分、干法制粒机的挤压压力、挤压速度、送料速度进行优化,最终确定牛蒡子配方颗粒的最佳制粒条件,并以颗粒得率、堆密度、粒度、水分为评价指标,对优化后的工艺进行验证。结果:牛蒡子配方颗粒最佳工艺条件为:膏粉水分4%,挤压压力12MPa,挤压速度18r/min,送料速度22r/min。结论:优化后的工艺颗粒得率明显提高,为牛蒡子配方颗粒的生产提供了理论支持。
Objective:To explore the best granulating technology of Niubangzi Extracts to increase granule yield.Methods:Granule yield was set as inspection indexe,The moisture content of Niubangzi extract powder,the roll pressure,rotation speed and feed speed were optimized by orthogonal test.The best granulating technology of Niubangzi Extracts was determined.The granule yield,bulk density,granularity and moisture content were set as indexe to verify the optimum condition.Results:The optimum technology is extract powder of 4%,roller pressure of 12 MPa,rotation speed of 18r/min,and feed speed of 26r/min.Conclusion:The optimum technology can effectively improve the granule yield of Niubangzi Extracts.Results from this study could provide theoretical data for the production of Niubangzi Extracts.
