新疆粗柄独尾草生药学研究

Study on the Pharmacognosy of Eremurus Inderiensis

目的:对粗柄独尾草进行生药学研究,为开发利用该药材提供依据。方法:根据2015版《中国药典》方法,对粗柄独尾草进行显微鉴别,检查水分、灰分,采用预实验法鉴别粗柄独尾草中的化学成分。结果:对粗柄独尾草的显微特征进行了描述,确定了水分、灰分,初步判定其中可能含有蒽醌类、黄酮类、多糖和苷类、蛋白质以及酚类和鞣质。结论:所得实验结果可为新疆粗柄独尾草的进一步研究提供理论依据。

Objective：To carry out the study on pharmacognosy of Eremurus inderiensis to provide the basis for the development and utilization.Methods：According to the 2015 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia approach to identify unique Eremurus inderiensis,microscopic characteristics,inspection the moisture capacity and the ash content;using the methods of pre-test identify the chemical constituents of Eremurus inderiensis.Results：The microscopic characteristics of Eremurus inderiensis were described,confirming the moisture capacity and the ash content,preliminarily considered may contain anthraquinones,flavonoids,polysaccharides,glycosides,proteins,phenolic compounds and tannins.Conclusion：The identification results and quality standards obtained can provide the theoretical basis for the rational development and utilization for Eremurus inderiensis.
