三种介质和新癀片外用治疗膝关节滑膜炎临床观察

Clinical Observation to Treat Knee Joint Arthromeningitis with Xinhuang Tablet and Three Medium

目的:观察三种介质和新癀片外用治疗膝关节滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例膝关节滑膜炎患者随机分为A、B、C组,每组20例。A组患者膝关节外敷鸡蛋清新癀片,B组患者膝关节外敷蜂蜜新癀片,C组患者膝关节外敷冷水新癀片,每日给药1次,连续2周。观察患者膝关节滑膜炎疼痛、肿胀、膝关节活动度和行走距离改善情况。结果:鸡蛋清新癀片组患者的临床效果明显好于蜂蜜和冷水组,疼痛缓解和肿胀消除快,膝关节活动度和行走距离明显改善,不良反应少。结论:鸡蛋清和新癀片具清热解毒、消肿止痛、活血化瘀之功,可有效缓解膝关节滑膜炎疼痛肿胀症状。

Objective：To observe best effect of Xinhuang tablet and three medium for knee joint arthromeningitis.Methods：60subjects were randomized into three groups.first group 20 cases were treated by external application of Xinhuang tablet and egg;second group 20 cases were treated by external application of Xinhuang tablet and bee;third group 20 cases were treated by external application of Xinhuang tablet and water,with a course of two week.Observe pain extinction time and subsiding swelling time,knee joint activity;walking distance between three group.Results：we have used Ridit statistics analysis,external application of Xinhuang tablet and egg has a significant effect to arthromeningitis.Conclusion：The mechanism of treatment is external application of Xinhuang tablet and egg group can promote smooth circulation of blood for removing blood stasis,eliminating swelling and alleviating pain more quickly than other group.
