摘要
介绍了滑移法施工计算所包括的滑移结构支点反力、滑移总动力、摩擦力、滑移轨道梁设计等计算;以某工程实例进行了滑移施工模拟分析,分析的工况包括启动阶段、正常滑移阶段、爬行器不同步阶段、制动阶段的分析;重点对比分析了滑移结构在7种不同边界约束条件下的结构响应。经过分析,给出了滑移施工模拟分析时如何设定边界条件的建议,可供类似滑移分析计算作参考。
This paper introduces calculation method about sliding construction,including structure pivot force, slip force, friction,sliding track beam design;Taking an engineering example to carry on the simulation analysis of sliding construction, analysis conditions include the start-up phase, normal slip stage, climbing analysis for device is not synchronous phase, braking stage;comparative analysis of slip structure in 7 different kinds of boundary conditions are given, it has disccuss about how to set the boundary conditions for simulation analysis of slip construction, and it can be used as reference for similar slip analysis.
