隧道二次衬砌混凝土配合比优化试验及支护结构力学特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 优化混凝土配比是混凝土设计的重要内容,对不同配合比条件下混凝土进行室内试验,并对现场喷射混凝土进行物理参数测定,研究了混凝土抗压强度随水泥用量、外加剂和砂率等多因素条件变化规律,建立了多因素条件下混凝土抗压强度数学模型,确定混凝土最佳配合比。采用有限元分析软件ADINA,对丹东某隧道进行了开挖支护过程的数值模拟,研究了多种工况条件下,二次衬砌变形发展演化规律。研究结果对工程设计和施工具有良好指导意义。 Uniform design is a scientific experiment method,Using the method of testing arrangement that can reduce workload,To improve test efficiency。Using the uniform design method for the optimization of concrete proportion,All the raw materials of physical and mechanical indexes were determined,Using the comparison made into concrete test,For technical and economic analysis。 Explore dosage of cement, water, sand and admixture, the four factors of concrete,Through establishing the mathematical model and regression analysis,For four factors of the internal rules and influence,Process parameter optimization,To find the best and concrete mixture。 Using the nonlinear finite element analysis software ADINA large,The compound of Jinzhou Nanshan mountain tunnel lining supporting force during simulation analysis,Introduces the engineering case and model associated Settings,Research on various load combinations circumstances,The second lining deformation, stress distribution and mechanical properties。 In order to design and construction of the project has good significance。
