摘要
施工预算作为建筑工程成本控制重要的影响因素,在建筑工程成本控制中发挥着重要作用。建筑施工企业必须正确认识其作用,改进施工预算管理,以促进建筑工程成本控制工作的完善。论文对施工预算及其在建筑工程项目成本控制中的应用展开探讨。
Construction budget is the important factor to control the construction cost control, and plays an important role in the construction engineering cost control. Construction enterprises must realize the function, improve the construction budget management, in order to promote the construction project cost control work. This paper discusses the construction budget and its application in the construction project cost control.
