医务人员职业伤害影响因素分析

Analysis of occupational injuries of medical personnel

目的了解广西壮族自治区医疗机构医务人员职业伤害现状及其影响因素,为有关部门完善医务人员职业伤害防护机制提供科学的对策建议。方法采用分层随机抽样方法抽取广西壮族自治区医疗机构2 760名医务人员作为样本,采用问卷调查方法对医务人员进行调查。结果医务人员面临的主要工作相关性损伤为针刺伤(60.58%)、碰撞伤(33.30%),主要工作相关性疾病为腰颈椎病(47.28%)、神经衰弱(40.43%)。多因素分析显示,医务人员发生针刺伤的主要危险因素为物理性暴露、心理性暴露、人身伤害,OR值分别为1.993、1.840和1.800。结论广西壮族自治区医务人员职业伤害现状不容乐观,建议相关部门应高度重视医务人员职业伤害现状,健全医务人员职业伤害防护机制。

Objective To understand the current situation of occupational injury and its influencing factors in medical institutions in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and to provide scientific suggestions for the improvement of occupational injury prevention mechanism of medical personnel. Methods A stratified random sampling method was used to extract 2760 medical staffs from the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region medical institutions as the sample, and the questionnaire survey method was used to investigate the medical staffs. Results The main work-related injuries were needle stab（60.58%）, impact injury（33.30%）, main work related diseases were lumbar cervical spondylosis（47.28%） and nervous breakdown（40.43%）, multiple factor analysis showed that the main risk factors of medical personnel were physical exposure, psychological exposure, physical injury, OR value was 1.993,1.840,1.800. Conclusion The current situation of occupational injuries among medical staffs in Guangxi is not optimistic. The relevant departments should attach great importance to the current situation of occupational injuries among medical professionals, and establish a sound mechanism for occupational injury prevention.
