摘要
本文以大量文献资料和国家相关政策为支撑,按时间顺序分三个阶段,对我国慢性病综合防控信息化管理的发展进程进行了分析。同时,分析讨论了目前慢性病综合防控信息化管理存在的问题,并提出要进一步顺利推进慢性病综合防控信息化管理,关键是要转变党委政府思想观念、变革医疗卫生业务流程、培育卫生与信息技术复合型人才、冲破相关部门(单位)利益藩篱。
Based on a large number of documents and relevant national policies, the development process of informationbased management of comprehensive prevention and control of chronic diseases in China was analyzed by time sequence in three stages in the paper. Meanwhile, the problems in the current comprehensive information management of chronic disease prevention and control were discussed. The author pointed out that the keys for promoting the progress of informa-tion management of chronic disease comprehensive prevention and control are to change some ideas of the local Party committee and government, reform the health care business process, cultivate compound type talents of health and informa-tion technology, break the interests barrier of related departments（units）.
