摘要
本文通过对2014年爆发于西非的埃博拉疫情的事件回顾,对相关舆情报道进行统计分析,以进一步认识网络舆情对于疾病监测与风险应对的独到价值,掌握疾病预防控制策略及效果,并提出欲使疾病监测网络对突发公共卫生事件的应对发挥作用,需建立有效迅捷的舆情监控机制,建立健全舆情发布信息平台,完善舆情培训体系,构建舆情媒体互动网信息络渠道等措施。
Through reviewing the outbreak of Ebola epidemic in West Africa in 2014,public opinions were the related to its analyzed in the paper to understand the unique value of network public opinion for disease surveillance and risk response and master the disease prevention and control strategy and effect. In order to make the disease monitoring network play a role of public health emergencies response, it is necessary to establish a rapid and effective public opinion monitoring mechanism, establish the platform of public opinion information, improve the public opinion training system and construct media public opinion information interactive network channels.
