江阴市2013年其他感染性腹泻病原体分布及流行特征调查

Monitoring to infectious diarrhea pathogens and research on the epidemiological characteristics in Jiangyin city in 2013

目的掌握2013年江阴市其他感染性腹泻疾病的发病、流行病学特征及致病因子分布情况,为制定预防措施和临床治疗提供依据。方法在6家哨点医院进行其他感染性腹泻疾病监测,采集病例信息和粪便标本,进行肠道致病菌和病毒检测。结果 2013年监测点共发生其他感染性腹泻病例1 272例,发病率为3.18‰;在年龄分布上发病人数最多的为0岁年龄组,占病例总数的17.90%;在职业上以农民为主,占15.01%;在时间分布上以4-5月和7-9月高发。检测553份腹泻标本,病原检出率为8.68%,肠道致病菌检出率为2.17%,肠道病毒检出率为17.56%,两者间差异有统计学意义（χ2=60.11,P〈0.01）。感染性腹泻8-9月以肠道致病菌为主,11月至次年4月以肠道病毒为主。结论 2013年江阴市的感染性腹泻以病毒为主,主要是轮状病毒,细菌性腹泻以副溶血性弧菌为主,初步揭示了江阴市感染性腹泻病原谱。

Objective To master the incidence of infectious diarrhea, popular features, epidemiological characteristics of the changes of pathogens in Jiangyin in 2013 to make preventive measures and provide basis for clinical treatment.Methods In six monitoring hospitals,conduct the surveillance of infectious diarrhea disease,take hospital case information and feces samples, for monitoring intestinal pathogenic bacteria and viruses. Results In 2013, there were 1 760 cases of the other infectious diarrhea, incidence of disease was 3.18 ‰; In the age distribution of the largest number of 0 age group, accounted for 17.90% of the total number of cases; the profession of farmers was given priority to 15.01%, On the season distribution in April-May and July-September, the incidence of diarrhea was higher. In 553 pieces of diarrhea specimens, pathogen detection rate was 8.68%. The detection rate of intestinal pathogenic bacteria is 2.17%, the intestinal virus detection rate was 17.56%; The difference was statistically significant（χ~2=60.11,P〈0.01）. In August-September intestinal pathogenic bacteria was given priority to; from November to the following April, intestinal virus is given priority to. Conclusion In Jiangyin city in 2013, infectious diarrhea in virus is given priority to, mainly is the rotavirus, bacterial diarrhea to deputy hemolytic vibrio is given priority to, preliminary reveals the infectious diarrhea pathogens spectrum.
