学龄前儿童口腔健康状况及家长认知度调查 被引量:6

Investigation on preschool children's oral health status and the recognition of parents

摘要 目的调查宁波市学龄前儿童口腔健康状况及家长认知度,为儿童口腔疾病防治提供对策。方法抽取2013年6月-2015年6月宁波市3所幼儿园学龄前儿童家长180人,采用问卷调查的方法对儿童口腔卫生情况及家长时口腔健康认知度进行调查,并统计分析调查结果。结果学龄前儿童家长对口腔健康知识的认知水平较低,部分基础知识缺乏;3岁以前开始刷牙的儿童占57.2%;每天刷牙两次及以上的儿童占37.8%,偶尔刷牙甚至不刷牙的儿童占13.9%;仅36.7%的家长知道含氟牙膏有好处;每日帮助孩子刷牙与每天检查孩子刷牙的家长仅分别占11.1%和9.4%,且不同文化程度家长在帮助孩子刷牙频率方面,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论部分学龄前儿童家长对儿童口腔健康的重要性认识不足,应进一步提高对孩子口腔健康的干预行为,同时需加大对儿童家长的口腔健康知识的宣教。 Objective To investigate the preschool children's parents in Ningbo on oral health and awareness, to provide countermeasures for children oral disease prevention and control. Methods 180 preschool children's parents with three kindergarten were selected from June 2013 to June 2015, and using the method of questionnaire survey, investigated the children's oral health and oral health awareness of the parents, and statistical analysis of survey results were conducted.Results Preschool children's parents own the low level of oral health knowledge of cognition, part of them were lack of basic knowledge, the children before the age of three begin to brush teeth(57.2%); and elder children brush teeth twice a day(37.8%), occasionally children didn't even brush teeth(13.9%); only 36.7% of parents knowed fluoride toothpaste good;the child's parents daily help kids to brush teeth and checked every day brushing teeth only accounted for 11.1% and9.4% respectively, and different cultural degree of parents help their children in brushing tooth frequency, with significant difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion For the importance of the oral health of children, some parents are lack of understanding of the children, the children's oral health interventions should be further improved, at the same time should strengthen the children's parents education of oral health knowledge.
