摘要
针对基于温度平衡的传统凝汽器-冷却塔耦合凝汽器压力需要多重迭代计算,导致计算较为复杂的问题,提出了一种基于热量平衡的耦合计算方法,并以某台600 MW机组为例,采用2种计算方法分别对该机组的凝汽器换热特性进行了计算比较。结果表明:基于温度平衡的传统计算方法与基于热量平衡的耦合计算方法计算结果基本一致,验证了本文算法的正确性;而本文算法计算过程简单,计算速度快,可为凝汽器的热力性能在线计算提供便利。
The conventional calculation method for backpressure of condenser is based on temperature equilibrium,and it needs multiple iterative computation,which causes complexity in the calculation.To solve this problem,a new coupling method based on thermal equilibrium was proposed.Moreover,the above two methods were compared by using them to analyze the heat transfer characteristics of the condenser in a 600 MW unit.The results show that,the calculation results of the two methods are basically the same,while the method this paper proposed has simple process and high computation speed,which provides convenience for online calculation.
