摘要
对几种提高直接空冷机组空冷系统夏季冷却性能技术的应用背景、技术方案及应用效果进行了分析对比。结果表明:尖峰冷却系统在其他参数不变的情况下,通过设立尖峰冷却装置,分流进入主机空冷系统的部分乏汽,降低空冷系统热负荷,其机组背压的降低幅度取决于分流乏汽流量的大小;空冷系统增容改造通过增加空冷单元从而增大空冷系统的总换热面积,提高冷却能力,其机组背压的降低幅度取决于总换热面积增加的大小;对于特定的直接空冷机组,应根据机组实际情况优选合适的改造技术。
Aiming to provide technical guidelines for improving summer-spending performance of direct aircooling units,several technical schemes of improving operating performance of air-cooling units in summer was discussed.The review focuses on the application background,technical scheme and application effect.It shows that,under the condition with fixed operating parameters,the peak cooling system distributes part of steam turbine exhaust and the direct air-cooling system heat load reduces,as well as the operating backpressure.The overall heat transfer area increases by adding several air-cooling units,thus the overall heat transfer performance of the direct air-cooling system improves and the operating back-pressure decreases.For a certain direct air-cooling unit,the technical scheme should be selected according to the unit's actual situation.
