上海市女性幸福指数及其维度——基于2014年江浙沪女性幸福指数调查数据报告

The Female Happiness Index and Dimensions in Shanghai——Based on Report of Female Happiness Index in Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai 2014

根据2014年对上海市的抽样调查,运用结构方程模型测得上海市女性幸福指数为3.54,幸福水平一般偏上。从身心健康、家庭关系、事业学业发展、物质条件和社会环境五个维度对上海女性幸福感的基本状况和特征进行分析,其权重由高到低依次分布,为全面提升上海女性幸福指数提供建议参考。

The female happiness index in Shanghai is 3.54 according to the sample survey in Shanghai2014 with SEM,which is slightly higher than the average. The paper assesses the basic conditions and the characteristics of the female happiness index from the following five aspects as physical and psychological health,family relationships,career development,material conditions and social environment,so as to encourage the government to promote the female happiness index overall.
