试论纪检监察机关在金融机构调查取证规定之完善

十八大以来,我国加大了反腐力度,形成强大的反腐威慑力,反腐成绩斐然。纪检监察机关在案件查办过程中,暴露出调查取证时存在的制度缺陷。现有法规、党内法规规定的不完善,导致证据的取得受到一定限制,直接影响腐败治理的效果、效率。

Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party, China has increased the anti-corruption efforts, forming a strong deterrent, and getting great achievements. But during the investigation and evidence collection, the discipline inspection and supervision organs expose system defects. The not perfect existing laws and regulations of the Party lead to the limited acquisition of evidence, and directly affect the effectiveness and efficiency of the corruption control.
