摘要
教学效能感是解释教师教学动机的关键因素。调查结果显示,高职院校教师的教学效能感总体水平较高,个人教学效能感得分明显高于一般教学效能感;性别对高职教师的教学效能感没有显著影响;经济收入和职称对高职教师的教学效能感的影响比较显著。
Teaching efficacy is the key factor to explain teachers' teaching motivation. According to a survey, the whole teaching effectiveness in higher vocational colleges is high, and personal teaching efficacy is significantly higher than the general teaching efficacy; gender has no significant effect on higher vocational teachers' teaching efficacy; the influence of economic income and the title is obvious.
