摘要
石油企业的资本效率和人力效率挖潜空间有限,通过技术进步、科技创新以及资源要素重整提高全要素生产率,进而实现石油企业有质量、有效益、可持续发展很有必要。针对石油企业的产业链特点,要提高其全要素生产率,可以考虑在资源重新优化配置和创新驱动两个层次分别采取不同的路径。
The improvement space for capital efficiency and manpower is limited. Therefore, it＇s necessary to realize the quality, profitable, and sustainable development of the domestic oil enterprise with the improvement of the total factor productivity by technology development, technology science innovation, and resource restructure. The article proposes the two different approaches from the reshaping resources and innovation drive in order to enhance the total factor productivity according to the characteristics of industry chains of the oil enterprise.
