摘要
通过对零库存管理模式以及某气矿的零库存管理实践的分析,认为实施零库存管理模式,主要在于实施供应链管理,加强基础管理,采用定额管理、年度框架、代储代销等多种管理模式,充分利用社会资源,逐步建立适合企业自身发展的零库存管理模式。
Based on the analysis of"zero inventory" management mode and implementation practice in a gasfield, the "zero inventory" management can be implemented by carrying out supply chain management, strengthening basic management, adopting the modes of quota management, annual framework and consignment stock, and making full use of social resources, to build up the "zero inventory" management that suits for the companies' own development.
