试析体育运动专业大学生法治意识的习成

Analysis on the Formation of Legal Consciousness of Undergraduates Majoring in Sports Training

法治意识属于社会意识,是关于国家法律和国家治理方式,即以法治理国家的一种心理认知和行动体认。它是构建"法治中国"的应然要求,也是"法治中国"背景下大学生应该具备的基本素养,是其成为合格公民的重要因子。对体育运动专业大学生进行公民法治意识的培养必须立足于他们专业背景孕育下所形成的身心特质:注重法治课程的"专业化"与专业课程的"法治化"渗透,打造教、学双主互动,构建教学场域;高度重视实践教育,提高法治教育实践课教学时数,激发学生参与法治学习的主动性;实现校社共建,增强体验式学习,提高法治技能,增强法治信仰;充分利用新媒体和自媒体,增强法治教育线上联动,在润物细无声中达到法治意识的内化和外显。

Legal consciousness which is about the law and the governing methods of one country belongs to social consciousness, and it is ones psychological cognition and actionable structure. Being the necessary request of constructing the rule of China, legal consciousness is the essential accomplishment and an important element for undergraduates to be a qualified citizens. For undergraduates majoring in Sports Training, we must cultivate their legal consciousness based on their psychological and mental characteristics of sports background; pay more attention to the interaction between specialization of legal course and legalization of professional course; create an interaction of teaching and studying and form the teaching site. We need to emphasis on practical teaching; increase the teaching hours of legal education and encourage the initiative in participating in learning laws. What＇s more, we realize the common construction of school and society, strengthen the experimental emotion, improve the legal ability and faith; completely use the we-media and new media, enlarge the legal education online and realize the legal consciousness internalization silently.
