摘要
体育锻炼影响大学生的身心健康,所以根据体育锻炼的特点和锻炼过程中的心理变化,探究体育锻炼对大学生身心健康的影响。让大学生了解积极参加体育锻炼不仅能够强身健体,改善体质等身体方面的影响,同时还能够提高自信、交际能力、自身意志力等心理方面的影响。
Physical exercise influences the physical and mental health of college students. Therefore, the effects of physical exercise on College Students' physical and mental health are based on the characteristics of physical exercise and psychological changes during exercise. Let students understand and actively participate in physical exercise can not only physical fitness, improve the physique and physical effect, but also can improve self-confidence, communicative competence, their willpower psychological impact.
