摘要
通过多年的教学实践和潜心研究,作者对青少年体操运动员的专项身体素质训练方法进行了多种尝试,并获得满意的效果。研究结果表明:对运动员进行力量、耐力、柔韧性和协调性训练相结合的身体素质训练方法,能大幅度提高运动员的专项能力和身体素质水平。
Through years of research and training, the author applied various training methods for improving teenager gymnasts' specialized physical quality, and received satisfactory results. The research result showed that: the gymnasts could greatly improve their specialized physical quality by strength training, flexible training, continence training and coordination training.
