我院测控技术与仪器专业围绕复合应用型人才培养,对接区域经济发展需求,挖掘自身传统与优势,实施政校企联动,创建了"一体两翼"复合应用型人才培养模式。提出了"四轮驱动"人才培养策略(以教学体系为支撑力,以教学资源为推动力,以教学方法为提升力,以学风制度为保障力),提高了人才培养质量,提升了专业水平,形成了鲜明的办学特色。

Measurement and control technology and instrument specialty in our Institute centeres location composite application personnel training,dockinges regional economic development needs,grubes their own tradition and advantages,implementes the cooperation among government,schools and enterprises,and creates compound applied talents training mode of One Body Two Wings. In teaching practice,talents strategy of four-wheel drive is proposed,（ supporting the teaching system,driving teaching resources,enhancing teaching method,guaranteeing study system）,It improves the quality of personnel training and professional level.
