摘要
阐述了"表现"原理的由来和内容,并揭示了"表现"原理与图书馆正能量提升之间的亲密联系,分析了"表现"原理对图书馆员现有的低落情绪、消极怠工心理、逆反心理和事不关己等负能量的对抗作用,以及"表现"原理对图书馆员积极的工作态度、热情的服务态度等正能量的激发作用。并基于"表现"原理分别从个人角度、团队角度和管理制度角度提出了提升图书馆正能量的对策。
This paper explained the origin and contents of the principle of performance,and revealed the intimate connection between this principle and the enhancement of positive energy in library.It analyzed how the principle of performance performed against the negative energy around the librarians,including low mood,slacking psychology,psychological inversion and irresponsibility,and how the principle of performance promoted positive energy such as positive work attitude,enthusiastic service attitude.Based on the principle of performance,it proposed some measures to enhance the positive energy of library from the view of individual,team and management system respectively.
