高校图书馆知识管理成熟度模型构建与分析

Construction and Analysis on the Knowledge Management Maturity Model of University Library

高校图书馆开展知识管理对知识服务创新和提升图书馆管理能力具有重要作用,而对知识管理成熟度进行分析与评价有利于知识管理的可持续实施。分析了当前高校图书馆知识管理应用的意义和现状,从成熟度发展模型、分析模型和评估模型3个方面构建了高校图书馆知识管理成熟度模型,并探讨了成熟度模型在高校图书馆知识管理中的应用,为高校图书馆进行知识管理能力测评提供指导框架和依据。

Knowledge management of university library has played an important role in making knowledge service innovation and enhancing the library management ability.Analysis and evaluation of knowledge management maturity is conducive to the sustainable implementation of knowledge management.This paper analyzed the significance and present situation of the application of knowledge management in university libraries and constructed the knowledge management maturity model from three aspects,including the development model,the analysis model and the evaluation model,and then discussed the application of knowledge management maturity model in university library,so as to provide the guidance framework and basis for the evaluation of university library＇ s knowledge management ability.
