针药联合治疗大面积脑梗死合并肺感染临床实践

Clinical practice of treatment with acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine for massive cerebral infarction complicated with pulmonary infection

大面积脑梗死通常是颈内动脉主干、大脑中动脉主干或是皮层支的完全性卒中,是脑血管疾病中的危急重症,且易合并多种并发症,加重患者病情。醒脑开窍针法超早期介入能够减轻脑梗死时脑组织的损伤程度,且在后期恢复中针对脑梗死的一系列并发症具有较好疗效。肺感染是大面积脑梗死患者的常见并发症,严重的肺感染也是脑梗死患者的致死原因。故防治肺感染不仅能够减轻患者的痛苦,提高其生活质量,还能大大减缓脑梗死的病情进展,降低患者的病死率。现有的常规治疗包括抗生素治疗、护理预防、康复训练等,这些方法对于防治肺感染均有一定的疗效,但也存在一定的局限性。而针灸联合中药的方法疗效肯定,不易产生耐药性,且不易复发,特别是在治疗脑梗死合并肺感染方面具有显著优势。

Massive cerebral Infarction is the complete stroke of the main trunk of internal carotid artery or the main trunk of middle cerebral artery and cortical branches,which is the severe case of cerebral vascular diseases and can develop multiple complications.Consciousness-restoring resuscitation acupuncture method can alleviate the damage of cerebral tissues,giving at the early stage of cerebral infarction in patients.It could also have a good curative effect on the complications of cerebral infarction in the rehabilitation stage.Pulmonary infection is the common complication of cerebral infarction,which is usually the cause of death too.Thus,to prevent and treat pulmonary infection as early as possible could not only relieve the pain and improve the living quality of patients,which also slow down the progression of the disease and decrease the death rate.At present,the routine treatment for pulmonary infection after cerebral infarction includes antibiotic therapy,nursing prevention,and rehabilitation training.These methods have some curative effects on pulmonary infection,but they have limitations too.The methods of acupuncture combined with Chinese herbal medicine have a significant advantage in the treatment of massive cerebral infarction and the concurrent pulmonary infection.This method merely produces drug resistance and has lower recurrence rate than the routine therapies.
