摘要
3D生物打印融合了计算机技术、材料技术和生物技术等高新技术领域,有着广泛的应用前景,但同时存在被滥用于人体复制、非医学目的的增强等领域的潜在伦理风险,对现有的专利制度也将造成冲击。当前,应从制定伦理规范、开展伦理对话、完善法律法规与产业政策等多方面来应对生物打印技术引发的伦理问题。
3Dbiological printing integrates computing,biotechnology,materials technology and many other high technologies with wide application prospects.While there are some potential risks,such as biological printing being abused in human body reproduction and enhancement.It also impacts on current patent system.We should take preventive countermeasures to these potential risks：regulating related ethical norms,carrying out discourse ethics and completing related patent laws and industrial policies.
