摘要 目的:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定111批贞芪扶正颗粒中As、Cd、Pb、Hg、Cu 5种重金属的含量,全面评估重金属在成方制剂中的残留量。方法:样品经微波消解,As、Cu以Ge作为内标,Hg、Pb以Bi作为内标,Cd以In为内标,采用ICP-MS法同时测定该5种元素。结果:对于所测元素,校准曲线的相关系数r均大于0.999,111批贞芪扶正颗粒的As、Cd、Pb、Hg、Cu 5种重金属的含量均在可控范围内。结论:本实验方法准确可行,为今后成方制剂中重金属残留量的控制提供了方法和数据参考。 Objective:Using inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) method to determinate 5 kinds of heavy metals content about As,Cd,Pb,Hg,Cu in 111 batches of zhenqi fuzheng granules,evaluating comprehensively heavy metal residues in drugs preparation. Methods: Sample by microwave digestion,As,Cu with Ge as an internal standard,Hg,Pb with Bi as an internal standard,Cd with In as an internal standard,using icp-ms method determinated 5 elements. Results: About the measured elements,correlation coefficient r of the calibration curve were greater than 0. 999,5 kinds of heavy metals content about As,Cd,Pb,Hg,Cu in 111 batches of zhenqi fuzheng granules are under control. Conclusion: This method is accurate and feasible. Heavy metal residues in preparation for the next square control provides methods and data reference.
