摘要
浅谈了六氟-2,3-二丁酮的合成方法,并对其路线进行了比较和评价。使用三氧化铬(CrO_3)作为氧化剂,以顺反六氟二氯丁烯(R1316)混合物为原料,其目标产物的收率最高为31%;以1,1,1,4,4,4-六氟-2-丁烯为原料,其目标产物的收率为26.6%。充分利用生产三氟二氯乙烷(HCFC-123)过程中产生的废弃物六氟二氯丁烯(R1316)混合物制备六氟-2,3-二丁酮的方法最有工业化前景和研究价值。
The synthetic routes of hexafluorobutane-2,3-dione were introduced in this paper.Each route was compared and evaluated.Using chromium trioxide(Cr O3) as oxidant,hexafluoro-2,3-dichloro-2-butylene(R1316) mixture as starting material,the yield of target product was up to 31%.With 1,1,1,4,4,4-hexafluorine-2-butene as starting material,the yield of target product was 26.6%.Making full use of the waste mixture of hexafluoro-2,3-dichloro-2-butylene(R1316) generated from the production of 1,1-dichloro-2,2,2-trifluoroethane(HCFC-123) is the most valuable and promising method for the preparation of hexafluorobutane-2,3-dione.
