摘要
以丙二腈、甲醇为起始原料,首先合成了1,3-二甲氧基丙二亚胺二盐酸盐,然后经碱中和得到1,3-二甲氧基丙二亚胺单盐酸盐,再与单氰胺反应得到3-氨基-3-甲氧基-N-氰基-2-丙脒,最后在甲醇中回流闭环得到目标产物2-氨基-4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶。产品含量大于99.0%,总收率80.9%。该工艺原料易得、条件温和、操作简单、适合工业化生产。
2-Amino-4,6-dimethoxypyrimidine was synthesized from malononitrile and methanol as starting material,first,we synthesized 1,3-dimethoxy propyleneimine dihydrochloride,and then neutralized by alkali to obtain 1,3-dimethoxy propyleneimine hydrochloride,then reaction with cyanamide to give3-amino-3-methoxy-N-cyano-2-propionamidine,finally cyclized in methanol to give 2-Amino-4,6-dimethoxypyrimidine.with a purity of 99.0%,and an overall yield of 80.9%.The process is easy to get,mild condition,simple operation,suitable for industrial production.
