摘要
目的:用Freesurfer对癫痫病人的MRI数重建,分析MRI数据重建的方法对癫痫病人脑模型图进行分析,观察癫痫病人的脑模型图的特点。方法:用Freesurfer对MRI数据进行皮质重建、体积分割,视觉成像用于检查[1],主要用到的命令是recon-all、tkmedit、tksurfer,对检查成图进行视觉比对,观察重建是否正确。结果:证明Freesurfer可以很好地重建MRI数据,并且对Freesurfer的操作流程有一个更好的了解,通过重建可以顺利地完成癫痫病人脑网络成像的后续的步骤,最终可以更好地对癫痫病人的脑网络进行分析。结论:Freesuefer在MRI图形数据分析中非常重要,它是一个功能强大的软件,还可以进行拓扑结构修正、厚度计算、全脑分割等,在脑科学研究中具有非常广泛的用途。
Objective:Use Freesurfer to reconstruct MRI data of patients with epilepsy,analyze the brain network graphs using results of MRI reconstructions,observe the characteristics of patients'brain networks.Methods:use Freesurfer to conduct cortex reconstruction,volume segmentationof MRI data.Visual imaging is used to evaluate the correctness of reconstruction[1].The commonly used command includes recon-all,tkmedit,and tksurfer.One visually inspects the reconstructed data to confirm if the results are correct or not.Results:the test confirmed that Freesurfer is able to correctly reconstructed MRI data.The reconstructed results can lay a solid foundation for the subsequent steps of epilepsy patients'brain network analysis,and ultimately complete brain network analysis.Conclusion:Freesurfer is very important in MRI data analysis.It is apowerful software and have ability of the topological modification,thickness calculation,and whole brain segmentation.It has a very wide range of uses in brain science research.
