菲律宾褐铁矿型红土镍矿还原焙烧试验研究 被引量:7

摘要 针对菲律宾某褐铁矿型红土镍矿,研究了采用还原焙烧—氨浸工艺(RRAL)综合提取镍、钴和铁。试验结果表明,以烟煤为还原剂进行还原焙烧,烟煤加入量为矿石质量的8%,焙烧温度为800℃,焙烧时间为60min,焙烧渣用碱性溶液浸出,镍、钴浸出率分别为88.27%和50.91%,浸出渣中铁质量分数为59.53%。 The reduction roasting-ammonia leaching(RRAL) process was Ni,Co and Fe from a limonitic laterite-nickel ore from Philippines. anthracite as reducing agent for roasting the ore, under the conditions of ore of 8%, roasting temperature of 800 ℃, roasting time of 60 minute ammonia solution,the leaching rate of Ni,Co can reach 88.27% and 50. in leaching residue is 59.53%. used The mass s, the 91% to comprehensive extract results show that ratio of anthracite calcine is leached using to the using , respectively.
