摘要
针对菲律宾某褐铁矿型红土镍矿,研究了采用还原焙烧—氨浸工艺(RRAL)综合提取镍、钴和铁。试验结果表明,以烟煤为还原剂进行还原焙烧,烟煤加入量为矿石质量的8%,焙烧温度为800℃,焙烧时间为60min,焙烧渣用碱性溶液浸出,镍、钴浸出率分别为88.27%和50.91%,浸出渣中铁质量分数为59.53%。
